Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting date November 7, 2012

Beth McGuinn from ASLPT attended the SCC meeting to update the committee on the Johnson Project. Beth had a draft budget for the Johnson – Wendell Marsh Project. The projected costs and funding sources were reviewed. We will be notified in December if we are recipients of the Moose Plate and LCHIP funds. Beth also had a preliminary survey, there are two boundary lines that need to be cleared up, streams need to be located, and right of ways indicated, wells and the sewer line need to be determined. The property is scheduled for the Hazardous Waste inspection next week. The purchase and sales is being drafted. Once the final numbers have been determined a time line for the transfer will be drawn up. The SCC would like to have a guided tour of the property with the surveyor, Clayton Platt of Penny Royal Hill Land
Surveyors.
Tim Fleury made the motion to pay the invoice submitted by Penny Royal Hill Land Surveyors for $2,070.00 to be paid from the CCF towards the Johnson Project survey on work done to date. Robert Hill seconded. All in favor 4. Opposed 0.

Treasurers Report SCC has a surplus of $483.00 in the line item budget. Funds total $250,650 which included $15,000 from 2012 Capital Reserve and $4,765 for change in use for 2012. The funds total will be reduced by $2070 for the invoice submitted for payment in November.

SCC members will attend the Sunapee Recreation Committee Meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 to learn more of the Fields request on Dewey Woods by Mt Royal Academy. The first rendition of plans was overwhelming to the property. SPNHF will need to give the ok for the project.
